Our service to you is the assessment of heritage listed properties including:

1. A site visit with yourselves.

2. A brief history of the property.

3. A review and explanation of the Council's Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plan

4. A guide and comments on any changes you may wish to make.

As far as we are aware, ours is the only service that provides this range of advice at pre-purchase.

The cost of this initial service is fully deducted from any future reports, such as a Statement of Heritage Impact.
