Your Council Approval
a) Design: Andrew has 30+ years experience designing alterations and additions to heritage buildings; although we do not offer architectural services we can provide initial sketches
and work with your architect and designer.
b) It is important that your proposal is able to be approved by Council with reference to Council's Development Control Plans and Local Environment Plans, so EARLY consultation with us
is strongly recommended.
c) D.A. Submission: We can review and, if necessary submit your Development Application
on your behalf.
Technical Matters
a) Materials: We can assist in sourcing materials that match those in your project.
b) Tradespeople and Skills: We may be able to assist you in hiring appropriate tradespeople.
c) Interior Design: We can provide a suitable scheme, or work with your interior designer.
